How to reduce the
moisture of crospovidone?
As we know, the
crospovidone is very easy to absorb water, so we suggest our customers to keep
it in cool, dry and ventilated place. But when you opened the original packing
and can not use all of them one time, it will be very hard to keep the same moisture
condition for the left crospovidone. So if the crospovidone absorb more water
than needed, how to reduce the moisture of crospovidone?
Here is our
suggestion:
(1). Use boiling
dryer, setting 50-60℃,
30% humidity, 3-4 hours, it will be easy to reduce the moisture less than 5%.
(2)If you do not
have boiling dryer, only hot air circulation oven, we suggest to increase the
temperature to 80℃, 1
hour later, you should get the crospovidone with the right moisture.
